Introduction
I am interested in learning Chinese language and culture. I would also like to meet people with similar interest.
What are your favorite Chinese dishes and foods?
I do not know the name of it but it has lamb, lots of spices and a tangy hot sauce that goes well on rice.
How would you describe your level of Chinese? (Eg it's my native language OR I don't speak it OR I learned some dialect from my family but little Mandarin, OR I can speak a few words, simple conversations, etc.)
I can speak a few words.
What kind of events and activities would you be interested in? What would you like to do at our events?
I am open to trying anything new.
What could this group provide for you that no other Meetup could?
I am hoping the chance to meet new people, learn something new about the Chinese culture, and how to read, write and speak the language.
Where did you grow up? How did you learn Chinese? Tell us your story.
I grew up in Florida and know very little Chinese, but I am extremely interested in learning all that I can.
