“ Many thanks to Fred for the brief presentation about the Environmental Protection situation in China. As Americans we all must Save the energy and reduce the garbage since we use 25% of the world's energy with only 5% of the world population and produce the most pollution and garbage. It is everybody's right to have clean air and water, so don't give it up. Go Green and live green is healthy and wealthy. Most of all, we can't afford more huge "Natural disasters" due to the "Global Warming"... ”

“ It is nice to join Judy Zhang's Chinese Language meet up. Communication is very important for us to understand each other, language practice is like a bridge to bring people together, and Judy Zhang -- She is very positive on organizing the event, she is like a megnetic. So bring friends to join the event, you can practise your Chinese (Mandarin), build up network and make friends, you will find your life is more interesting. ”

“ This group needs to get more intermediate and advanced speakers to come to the meetings. Otherwise, those that do show up may get frustrated that there aren't many people at their level to talk with. ”
—A former member on Jun 24, 2005.
“ The group contained individuals who did not speak any Chinese at all and others who spoke the language on various levels of proficiency. A way should be found to pair off individuals or groups who speak roughly on the same level so that they can make progress. Also, when individuals speak incorrectly - who is there to help correct them? Is that the organizer's job? However, a good first meeting. Hoping that future events will be even more fruitful. ”
—A former member on Jun 24, 2005.
