It's time for our Mandarin Monday again! Come for networking and socializing, drinks and food, as well as Mandarin learning.
From 6-10PM we will meet in the private VIP room upstairs. Party starts at 6:00pm; dinner starts at 7:00pm - You can order your own, or join us for a shared dinner. There are also Happy Hour drinks for only $2.50 from the bar before 7:00pm!
At dinner we will chat and then talk around the theme of "Chinese drinking culture", a must-know if you have any Chinese friends at all, even if they don't drink. We will talk about things such as: How do Chinese do a toast? How do you get out of a "push" for you to drink (till you drop)? We will also play some drinking games! We will speak as much Mandarin as we can. And no, you don't have to drink or like to drink to enjoy this party. :)
So come for another intimate dinner and a most lively conversation. Karaoke starts at 8:30pm. Sing or learn some Chinese songs. It's a great way to retain those elusive vocabulary.
